The Pioneer channels Red energy into building things that do not yet exist. Pioneers are drawn to the frontier: the new company, the untested idea, the challenge everyone else calls impossible. They would rather risk failure than sit still in a safe routine.
Pioneers thrive when they have room to experiment and a big target to chase. Their challenge is follow-through and focus, since the thrill of starting can pull them toward the next thing before the last one is finished. The strongest Pioneers pair their boldness with the discipline to see a venture through.
